234 calories, add 42 if there is corn in it.
Though it depends, what did he eat that day? You can only guess...0 -
Stop and think about.
We are all in our own "prison" held down by excess weight, no motivation, no willpower and the horrible need to kill a Twinkie or a Hostess Cupcake. I read a post the other day where someone mutilated a pineapple with a knife.
See? We're all cellmates!0 -
I thought stealing candy from a baby would be easy....
Now I am serving 25 to life.
Candy = sex
Baby = prostitute?
I was trying to make that a more subtle suggestion Charlie, but I guess the cat is out of the bag.
cat= prostitute
out of the bag= now giving me head?
Caught red handed again.
We can do this all day! All day!0 -
I worked at a jail for a year... if those guys had internet access I think MFP would be the last website they'd be on.. unless they were looking at the sexy success stories! :laugh:
On a side note... There were a couple inmates in my POD (housing quarter) that dedicated their time in jail to their health. They would work out CONSTANTLY and eat as healthy as they could (prison food is filthy and disgusting). I saw one man drop over 100lbs in my year there, it was amazing. A few of them started a group and supported each other daily. It was very similiar to the support people show on this website. I was always inspired by these individuals, however, I am unsure of their motivation which is obviously a huge factor.0 -

My brother is in prison, and he has dropped a lot of weight, gained muscle, and can now run up to 20 miles depending on the day. He has used other people in there with him, books, and magazines I've sent him to learn a lot about health. It's amazing, but they make a lot of their own food there. He likes to tell me how he makes some of the stuff, very....creative...0 -
