Best Exercise For Us

Does anybody have good ideas for workouts that aren't too straining for bigger women? I can't do a whole lot because my weight has taken a toll on my knees, but I need to get these pounds off!

  • Have you seen 10 minute trainer by Tony Horton? It is a great first step in your journey to getting in shape. The name says it all it is only 10 minutes a day but works your full body and is great for someone just starting their weight loss journey. Let me know if you have any questions about it

    How are you with walking on the treadmill? Or a stationary bike?

    If it's not too hard on your knees, both of these things can provide you with some low impact workouts :)

    I have also heard that swimming and water aerobics are great for people with joint pain and limited mobility.
  • yoga/pilates are also low impact and great for stretching :) They don't burn as much calories as say running, but there are many other healthy benefits :)
