I'm pissed that I let myself gain fat. I'm pissed that I can't keep myself motivated al the time. I'm pissed that I don't enjoy cooking. I'm pissed that I worry too much. I'm pissed that a guy exhaled all his cigarette smoke in my face while crossing the street! AGH.

I like greek yogurt for the texture and protein content. But greek yogurt is not fortified with vitamin D. So I also buy other kinds of 0% fat stirred yogurt with fruit. I like Yoplait Source 0%. Althought Yoplait 2% and Danone 1.5% creamy are also yummy! These are all fortified with vitamin D.

I would prefer eating roughly about the same everyday also, and maybe slightly more if I exercised more. Although I haven't stuck to that plan for long enough to know if it would worked. I feel that I 'eat back' the calories after exercising, I would kind of get into the mode of rewarding myself with food (healthy or not)…

Thanks everyone for your comments. I feel that 1,200 cal is borderline starvation, but that's what I would be allowed if I don't exercise. I exercise regularly (4 times a week), and can burn quite a lot if I exercise. But that would make a huge difference in my daily intake from a day I exercise and a day I don't. It might…
