I would like to join, I will be 50 on New Year's Eve and a 15 lb weight loss will be a great b-day present. I just hit my all time high of 200 and have lost 1 lb. It is all down hill from hear:laugh: I am new to this posting thing so bear with me. I hope I can find my way back here:blushing:
