  • Check out the Nike+ app. They have a ton of workouts for every fitness level. It is a free app!
  • I usually grab a square of the dark chocolate with sea salt when I get a craving for something sweet. You can also freeze grapes or put drops of yogurt on a pan and throw it in the freezer. After a while, they are almost like dipping dots!
  • Agreed! It may just be water weight, don't stress it! Just continue to keep your diet healthy and continue to exercise. You will drop those 3 pounds in no time.
