What I have found helpful in logging what I eat is keeping a small journal handy in my kitchen and I write down what I am going to eat as get done fixing it then log here at the end of the day shortly after finishing dinner. I have found that drinking milk or eating milk products three times a day helps in losing belly fat. Also knee lifts have helped me lose 4 pounds of belly fat in one month.

What I have found helpful for me is to keep a small journal handy in the kitchen where I write down everything that I eat as I am not able to log into the site and record what I ate until late in the evening. Maybe having something to write your food down right away and then posting it late would help.

I did pretty good yesterday. I did manage to stay a little under my calories. Today was weigh in day and I manged to loose at least .4 pounds over the course of the week. Feel good about looseing just that amount.

I put a whole chicken in my crock pot with about a cup of water and some savory spices and let it cook all day. When you go to take it out of the pot it is so tender and juicy it fall right off the bone. You can even put the chicken in the crock pot frozen and it will come out the same way.

I have days where I tend not to eat as healthy as I should, but I do try very hard to make sure I look to see what is considered a single serving and stick to eating only that amount. Eating late at night was a problem for me also. I found that if I get a glass of ice water that by time I have finished drinking the water and eating the ice that I am no longer hungry. I do the same during the day. Maybe this idea will help.

Putting potatoes in a brown paper bag and then into a cool dark place will also help them to last longer. I just put my potaotes in th bottom of my pantry and have had them last up to 2 1/2 months sometimes longer.

Wish I could go with the no eating after five. My daughter does not pick my granddaughters up until around that time and then it is off to curves for my work out three days a week. Most of my evening meals are not until around 6:30 or 7:00. I do try to keep those meals light and eat my biggest meal around noon if possible.
