Hey! I try and weigh myself 1 a week. So I don't weight my self everyday because, you know your water weight shifts daily! It doesn't matter what you weight though, it more matters of what you look like you weight :) Congrats on your weight loss!! xx -Emalee

It can make you lose Less but I don't think you nessicarky will gain weight because if you are hungry it is probably good to eat a little snack but if you are not hungry don't not eat a snack

You can do it! I suggest you don't do it alone, you should do it with a program, or a workout buddy. Mark everything you, and remember try and have 2 snacks at most a day:) Try and at least walk a mile a day or more! I wish you the best and I know you can do it!

Very fast, around 2 weeks. But it really doesnt count because of water weight

I weight daily, and record daily, but ussaly my water weight shifts. I think its kinda cool seeing how i can lose weight up and down on the chart :) 5 more pounds to go!
