Allmax Nutrition Whey Protein Isolate - Peanut Butter Chocolate is delicious. I make it with unsweetened almond milk and with strawberries or mango. It tastes fine with just water too! I like the chocolate, but did not like the orange flavor.

I reached my goal weight in July (so maintenance for only 2 months). I have actually dropped another couple of pounds during maintenance as I try to figure out my maintenance calories. Try Jillian Michaels' workouts. They are supposed to help shed pounds and inches. Google the results and reviews. I finished the 30 day shred (a little too hard for me), so I am trying her 90 day Body Revolution. They are exercises you can do at home and take with you if you go on a trip!

My April results: April 1: 145.5 April 27: 138.0 Loss: 7.5 lbs - 12.5 lbs to go!! I also completed Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and need to check how many inches I lost. I started Jillian Michaels Body Revolution yesterday thinking I need to go back to her earlier workouts as I could not keep up with Shred!!

Like the other suggestions, I use spaghetti squash or shirataki noodles (shirataki noodles are a great replacement for pasta). Dempsey bodywise wraps or lettuce leaves as wraps rather than bread. I weighed myself this morning and was down only a pound. I was disappointed but will take it as it is one pound closer to my goal! I am actually aiming for 25 lbs total, but 20 by the end of June. I started at the end of March and am down 7 lbs so far.

Same for me. Lost 20 lbs over 2 years ago only to use an injury as an excuse to allow the weight to creep back on! Now I am trying to lose 25 lbs, but like the others have said, hopefully, this time it comes off for good!
