age - 29 height - 5ft7 SW - 157 CW - 153.5 (only my first week) GW - 140 I am trying to shake my baby weight! Only going for a pound a week. Current intake is 1400/1500 cals and I work full time in an active job, and spend the rest of my time running after a 16 month old! So have zero idea of how many cals I burn.
