I would just keep reassuring him what you are doing. Getting healthy/fit for YOU. Remind him you are NOT his ex and needs to stop comparing the two. Let him know these comments aren't keeping you there, it's pushing you away. He needs to either step up and supoprt your goals, or he's gonna have another ex on his hands..

I go to the Ymca and I do use showers there. They are pretty clean, but I still wear flipflops. I only use shower after my swim class though. Other than that, I come home. In my experience, I'm in love with my Asics running shoes, and my Puma Trail Running shoes! I have high arches and bought inserts for that reason only, but I love both the shoes. Tight, breathable, and light weight!

I wouldn't pay ANY attention to the sugar! I only do carbs, sodium and protein!

I did it 2x! The first time I lost 10 lbs, second time I lost 7! Just make sure you keep eating healthy and don't skip any days! Good luck!

It's 6 days a week. If you follow their schedule that comes with the DVDS you take Sundays off. Workouts only 30 mins! I'm doing it now!
