Last week was horrible. I've only been doing this for about a month and I officially fell off the wagon, rolled down the street and landed in a big pile of bad habits :) Needless to say, I did not meet any of the targets for the challenge. But I'm back in the saddle and ready for this week!

I missed the water goal by a hair, so that won't be an issue this week. I'm going for Fitness Buff. Shooting for 45 mins x 5 days. Already got my 45 minutes in for today. GET IT IN!!

Hit the water goal every day this week except yesterday... in my defense I was getting a tattoo from 6:00p - 9:30p and didn't want to stop for restroom breaks. Total of 245 minutes working out this week, took a rest day on Wednesday and still averaged 40 minutes each workout. What's the next challenge?

You're definitely going to need to insert a rest day in there if you plan on doing strength training. You actually should have a rest day in there regardless, just to give your body a break.
