My last time throwing up was around 3pm and last bathroom emergency was 5 I work night shift and went in at 7pm, and thankfully besides some pain did not throw up after that, due to me fasting...

My highest was 176 at 5'4. I'm currently 131, but my lowest ever was 117 and I would like to get back to that.

Thank you everyone. But how I knew, is that me, my parents and grandparents went and got seafood at a restaurant. Me and my dad both got the scallops, and only the two of us got food poisoning at the same time.

This is different though... I haven't been 131 in probably a year. Mainly 134-137 fluctuating is normal for me. I think it is probably water, but with the fasting, vomitting and working during that, I think maybe one pound could be real. I hope that at least.

I cut out all drinks except water, which I drink almost exclusively now. Even diet soda. Also, I used to have a cream cheese bagel (which I would order with as much cream cheese as possible! every single morning- probably 600-700 calories. I stopped doing that. Also I stopped buying things like oreos because I could eat…

A few months ago, I ran a mile for the first time in my LIFE. I had been very overweight since I was probably 6 or 7, and got tired even walking a mile. It was the best feeling in the world... it may not seem like much, but it was amazing for me.

I'm down from 176lbs, I have been going up and down from 118/123 depending since around October. I've been eating more but I am nervous to try upping my calories for an extended amount of time. I guess I could try maybe 1900.
