if your looking to save time in the morning, or want to be able to have at work with no access to a stove.. why don't you try pre-cooking it and reheating? I've done that before and it works well..

tuna fish! I use the 4 pack of cottage cheese.. I mix one of those with one of the 3 oz cans of tuna... and serve however with celery, or crackers... or just eat it.. YUM!!!

4 or 5 pounds in 10 days is amazing.. but it was probably a lot of water weight.. now your body is starving for food.. you need to eat more if you are working out that much.

I've had mine for about a month now and I'm obsessed with it.. I left it home one day and I felt lost.. like as if I left my cell phone and wallet behind.. HOWEVER - I am thinking of getting a heart rate monitor for more accurate calorie burn data because I like using my digifit app to track my actual distance in walk/jogs…
