So how does that one work differently? Can you get ones that measure your heartbeat through the exercise and calculate your calories while exercising?

Maybe some yoghurt and fruit with your muesli? Add some more toppings to your sandwhich at lunch etc?

Making my salad for dinner tonight, couldnt help eat 3 olives while i was chopping them, and ate a couple of spoonfuls of chickpeas as i was adding them to the salad. I LOVE chickpeas with a passion. Oh and the extra piece of toast with lunch today!

I look at the kj per serving of anything and divide it by 4 to get a rough calorie number.

Id like to know this too! I started MFP a week ago, and have exercised everyday since, but thinking I might have a rest day tomorrow. How often does everyone have rest days? Do you eat the same?

That photo was last year. Believe it or not, im 144kg! Ever since the birth of my first child, ALL the weight has gone on my tummy and hips and upper thighs!

WOW i wish I only had that amount :) I need to lose weight to be able to fall pregnant with our second child. I managed to lose 40kg 3 years ago and fell pregnant with our first!
