Knowing how long I'd have to sweat for, to burn off every calorie of crap food I consume. Being acountable to my diet dude who sees everything I eat on here is also worth it's weight in fat!!!

Nuts, seeds, salad with yummy extras like fish, chicken, turkey, duck, pate, cheese, beans and lentils. Tomato and feta salad, I have a bean salad recipe if you want it. Just one point I wanted you to consider - If you breastfeed you will be using lots of energy to produce food for your baby. Not to mention all the other health benifits to you and Baby, it really helps lose that baby weight!!!

I get it so bad I bleed under my boobs.... I use strapping tape. The smooth water/sweat resistant one I think it's by 3M. Drastic I know. Will read the rest of this thread with great interest!

Take a good pic of yourself that you are happy with at your weight NOW and look at it when the negativity sets in. Sounds like you are only remembering the old body and not really seeing the one you have just recreated. You look great, so a picture of that might remend you of that. Good luck

YES! I started only in the last couple of months at the ripe age of 35 and I love it.
