For weight loss go for long runs. My weight really dropped when I could run for over an hour. Slow but loooooong. Good luck

Well a pound a day was not normal for me! I only measure/weigh once a week and find my weight is far more fluctuating than my measurements. Because of this I find my measurements are a far more reliable way to track my progress. In particular my thigh and bicep measurement because lets fac it I can't suck it in! Good luck…

I do and have lost 20kg. Best way to lose the weight for me is high fibre, high protein, lots of veges.

Oh you poor thing. At 43 pounds lost you really should have gone down a size. I really feel for you. Same type of thing happened to me last week. All my skirts/shorts falling off my waist down to my hips so I thought I'd check out the next size down. Umm fail. I'll just keep working on it! Good luck

Also training for a half marathon and if I hydrate before I run I can go for at least 2 hours with no need to drink. In that 2 hours I run just over 11 miles. Just a thought.

I like to do a real mixture. That way if it's raining I can do the cross trainer or if it's beautiful I can enjoy the great outdoors. It means no excuses....you know except for the whole "I'm just outta time" thing.
