does anyone know any good exercizes to do?

I cant afford a gym so im tryng to find good exercize to do daily to help meet my exercize goals on mfp. I do a 60 min walk daily and do 25 mins of dance. I would like to do a bit more so im burning a bit more calories. any suggestions?

an hour and a half of exercise is pretty good. At some point your fitness will improve and that walk won't burn as many calories, but at that point I'd think you'd want to start jogging for a few minutes, rather than adding more time.
There's a few bodyweight resistance programs out there too -- You are your own gym" is one I've heard of. You might want to look into adding that in as well, but again - an hour and a half every day is already a lot. You don't *need* to do more than that. I'd probably sub in 20 minutes of YAYOG for some of your other stuff.0 -
Do some strength training - more muscle burns more calories. Squats, push ups and try running. Burns far more calories than walking. I've just started to vary my runs when it comes to speed, I do high stepping, longer strides, short sprints, wicked hills....
Burpees, skipping, planks, cycling, swimming, soccer....can you tell I don't do the gym thing either???

Do you have a deficit built into your diet? If you do then you don't need to worry about burning more calories....they're already being burned regardless of whether you exercise of not. 1.5 hrs of aerobic exercise is more than enough to achieve a reasonable level of fitness and provides for good heart health.
Diet for weight control, exercise for fitness. Remember, if you're already at a deficit and properly set up in MFP, you'll want to actually eat exercise calories back...at least most of them. Exercise requires fuel....a lot of exercise requires a lot of fuel.0 -
