Yep...I'll be 50 at the end of the year. I intend to be at least 20 lbs lighter...might need to assess that target when I get closer. I'm certainly going to be fitter than I am right now and the world better watch out! If my profile matches yours then feel free to send message/friend request.

oh soo true. I will weigh in tomorrow for the first time in a fortnight. That's the fortnight I took off because I'd eaten like a fool for the previous fortnight and thought I'd get my head back in focus. So much for that! I did ok on this but the pike hops tweaked something in my heel... Hoping it's not achilles tendon. Was pretty poor on v sits... Nice not to finish the session in a total lather but def have some work to do. Expecting significant pain from the double tomorrow! See ya then!
