I would suggest not getting hung up about BF percentages - how you look in the mirror , how you feel (taut skin) and how your clothes are fitting should be a pretty good indicator

You really should stay away from anything made with white processed flour. Try to eat whole, natural food, not packaged, processed, artificial, refined junk. I know how you feel. But remember water retention plays a part too. With proteins - make sure you are not eating any kind of processed meats - like from th deli - they are full of salt and will cause you to retain water - also there is a lot of crap in them - best to make your own at least you know whats in it. Hi Crystal I guess it depends on how fast you want results but as a general rule I would say stay away from any processed foods as much as possible- stick to fresh foods - fruit, vegetables, meat, chicken, fish. Not only do you not know what are in processed foods but generally they are pack with fat, sugar or both. Claudia
