  • 770! First day on bulk after cut, so I kinda let loose a bit. This won't be an every day thing, but I did a "cheat" day on day one of bulk. Seemed fair.
  • Essentially, you are following the many small meals plan. You are splitting a "600" calorie breakfast into two small meals with a few hours in between. I think that is the best way to do it. You should eat after your workout any way. I don't really know the science behind it, but you are keeping your body nourished more…
  • Also, since everyone enjoyed the first photo so much, I thought I would upload a few others with my DC counter parts. (In case it wasn't blatantly obvious, I'm a total geek :p) Hope you liked!
  • Oh my goodness! Every time I check back, there are so many incredible replies! Thank you so much for the support. I had so much fun playing the character I wanted... I know you should be able to no mater what, but I really wanted nail it. You wouldn't be able to tell from the photo, but I am pretty modest. I don't like…
  • I'm not sure I can compete with such an epic mustache. :p
  • Wow. You guys are amazing. Thank you so much for the awesome feedback! It really makes it feel like the blood, sweat and tears in the gym are paying off. There is another Con coming up in August and I want to see how much bigger I can get for that. Hopefully you guys won't be tired of seeing pics of Bane by then! "Nobody…
  • Sadly, I didn't get any from this angle! Maybe I will try and get one from behind next time!
  • Thanks! This was motivation to hit the the gym and diet even harder now! (Not the "I'm a diet" diet, but the "manage all the macros" diet. lol!)
  • Sorry bumping this, but I was hoping for some feedback. I can't let it die off though if there isn't any feedback needed. Thanks!
  • Well, tried the Cookies and Cream. Definitely tasty. I am a huge Oreo fan, so the Cookies and Cream was a great one to start with. Now looking forward to all the Peanut Butter variants!
  • I just bought four of these bad boys today. GNC had a buy three get one free deal so I after reading all the raving on this board about them, I thought I would give them a shot. I have been a Cliff Builder Bar guy for a while now, but at 270 calories and ~30ish carbs, I stopped eating them during low carb deficit days. I…
  • One thing that bothers be is the "rule" that if a serving has less than X calories (can't remember what "X" is), it can be listed as "0". Example. Baby dill pickles have "0" calories per pickle. But I'm pretty sure if I eat the whole jar, it is going to be more than 0... I have the sense to know that 0 is not 0... but not…
  • My lunch for today: 8 oz Broiled Chicken Breast (261 cals) 1/4 Cup Salsa (50 cals) 1/2 Cup Plain Greek yogurt (65 cals) Total: 376 calories, 18 carbs, 7 fat, 62 protein Throw whatever veggies you like in the mix and enjoy!
  • I went from 340 down to 200. I had the flappy skin around my arms, belly and chest. Weight lifting has helped with the arms and the chest, but the belly area is still pretty bad. (I am trying to come with terms to it always being like that.) With that, if your belly is okay and it is just the other areas, I would say hit…
  • I asked the same thing a bit a ago and some people suggested moisturizing your skin with coconut oil. I have no idea if it is helping but it smells good!
  • Well thank you! I feel like I have been dedicated, but I have also tried to maintain some realism. I didn't go into this with unrealistic goals or expectations. I have been working on this for about two years now. I have also changed my mindset. It really isn't easy to healthy and in shape. If it was, then everyone would…
  • Well, Day two of coconut oil applications. Obviously I am not expecting any results at this point in time, but I am giving it a go! Thank you so much everyone for all your encouragement and advice!
  • I was gonna post this but you beat me to it! I go through pounds of this stuff!!
  • Ha! Thanks for the Babe quote! Babe had kinda been my motivating/goal. I really want to have his body type. In addition, I will be doing a Bane cosplay (super geek here btw) and I want to pull off the build. While I was bulking, I was at 3,500. I did a couple weeks of 3,000 and now I am at 2,500 cals.
  • Okay, so I just tried this as my post work out snack. First thing, it froze pretty solid. I had to microwave the who batch for a few moments just to soften it up so I could scoop it out. Once I had a few chunks in my bowl, I microwaved it for a few more seconds to make it soft and creamy. Once I started it eating, it was…
  • Yeah, swinging from bulk to cut was probably a pretty extreme flip. I just gotta get used to the new calorie levels I think.
  • I was tired of eating before... Now I just want to NOM cookie monster style... Although not cookies surprisingly. LoL
  • I usually bring a protein bar or a can of Monster Protein Shake. I don't miss the popcorn, but I like candy barness of a protein bar.
  • Awesome. I'm going to try this tonight. Here's to smelling like a Piña colada!
  • A friend of mine uses coconut oil. I'm going to try to borrow some. How exactly do you use it? Just slather it on like a Thanksgiving turkey? How often do you do it and how long do you leave it on before showering? As for the no six pack, I just don't want to get too lean. I like the thick muscular look vs lean muscular…
  • Thanks for the great news! Ima keep hitting dat gym!
  • Okay. Thanks for the input. Here's hoping I haven't lost all the elasticity!
  • I agree, surgery is not an option. I had two torn ACL reconstruction surgeries last year, and that is enough for me. I don't have any asperations of having a six pack (really, I don't even want that look)... I just want a little less floppyness. I'm patient if all it takes time... I was just hopeing there was something…
  • Thank You everyone! re: The body wraps, I have read about them. How well do you think they worked? They always kinda seemed like "As Seen on TV: Magic"...
