  • Yes it does!!! I was doing really well for 2 weeks and lost 8 pounds!! I was so happy but then I stopped counting for a week since I was out of town and gained 3 pounds. I'm a little discouraged but I know that it's only a week's setback. Good luck!

  • I get 2 damp paper towels and go over it while it's still hot. It literally takes 1-2 minutes.
  • It's because we are addicted to the additives and chemicals they put in those foods. Our bodies CRAVE it. Once we go so long without these "bad foods", they won't taste as good.
