Side lunges are indeed a killer! Did day 6 today. I did nothing on Sat, Sun and Monday but bak to it today. I'm annoyed with myself for taking those days off. Ugh they are the work of the devil. i even hate the name! I know I'm going to have to start doing them soon. Am doing 30 day shred atm - was thinking of putting in a few burpees at the end as I'm finding it much easier the past few days.

Hi MrsA. Yeah its really tough. I notice that you said you are really stiff today - I was too for first 3 days but I'm not too bad after today. A little stiff but its kind of nice rather than painful.

L1 D3 complete. Was fine - find the side lunge with the arm raise really hard (not sure how to describe it) and can't do a full minute of bicycle ab exercise but other than that managed all of it.

I'm using 2 x litre cartons of cranberry juice atm :) No money until later in the week to buy weights. Going to get 2 x 3kg's I think. ** Just finished day two. Sweating more than yesterday and my face is all red but I kind of found it easier than yesterday.

I started today! Feeling kind of stiff around my shoulders and neck area so I guess I'll be really sore tomorrow. I didn't find it too bad - I was defo struggling but I got through it. Roll on tomorrow! I didn't get to take my measurements today but will do in the morning.
