  • I like the plain ones with franks hot sauce on them! like the old lady inthe commercial, "I put that *kitten* on everything!" LOL but I definitely like the sweet ones to curb cravings at work. the kettle corn ones are my favorite! yummy!
  • im an ice cream freak - and I've been "splurging" on WW raspberry dark chocolate ice cream bars! sweet, chocolaty, yummy!
  • I found some small bistro salads at the grocery store - I take them to work just about every day. they're under 300calories and typically include chicken, cheese, nuts, egg, dried fruit... something like that :) they also come with a fork and dressing so that's all you need!
  • I add a bit of honey and cinnamon, then dip apple slices - or cut up apples and add kasha go lean and mix it up. yum!
  • ah ha - I changed it to 2lb a week, and it kicked my calories down to about what I've been eating. I think that may be more reasonable... I'll see how that goes for a week or so.
  • no, I was eating considerably more. I tracked an average "before" day and it was over 2,500. I obviously wasn't making good food choices :( lots of fast food and sweets that's why I've been surprised. I'm eating more fiber and more often - but I feel like I SHOULD be hungry, but I'm not. I don't want to be doing more harm…
