you look great....I am on the same path, started here in June and have already lost 22 lbs. My question is what did you do to lose weight in your arms.....I am trying to target that area???

personally I set little goals for myself....It is easier for me to set a 20 lb. goal and hit it and feel good about myself than to think I have another 100 pounds to go

I did a short class on zumba wii only 23 minutes but at high intensity....I also did 5000 steps on the recumbant bike and an ab workout

I am glad to join this group. I just checked my exercise total for the week and burned 3194 calories....and lost 3 pounds.....I wouls say that is a sucess!!!!. Good choices are ahead of me I am not going to ruin all the work I did this week.... Everyone enjoy the 4th of July holiday....be safe and make good food choices...…

depends on your goal.... one cheat meal a week is enough for me...but if I really want something I will cut down calories for the day... I have been sucessful at just having a bite of the cake my husband was eating...don't beat yourself up for having a cheat time...if it keeps you sane the rest of the week go for it...just…

I am in the same boat...have watched everything I eat and am exercising every day and i have only lost 4 pounds...but my clothes are super loose and I feel better.... hold on to any positives...it will happen!!!! good luck
