If you have a whole foods near you they have a bunch of sample protein powders, thats how I found the one I like. Some GNC's also carry single serving protein powder.

I did the warrior dash for the first time two days ago.....it was a blast! For us it was a lot of uphill in the beginning so people who sprinted off the start line were winded quite quickly but I honestly thought it was so much fun. I noticed when I first started taking the protein powder it gave me stomach issues but I kept with it and eventually(maybe 2 weeks max) it subsided. Could be your body getting used to it.

I'm 5'4 and currently 105lbs. I used to weigh about 120-125lbs and once I picked up running the weight fell right off!
