for previous post the craft beers tend to have higher percentage of abv so it doesn't take as many to get a buzz or whatever it is you are drinking for so comparing 2 craft beers to 6 light beers is reasonable.

Actually gonna try a quinoa salad tonight, gonna throw in some black beans, avocado, corn, peppers, and some seasonings and some sort of light dressing. Ive also made it as a filling for stuffed peppers with chickpeas, carrots and mushrooms. that was a big hit even with the meat eaters in my family.

The black bean ones are by Beanitos. Pop Chips i believe is the name of the company. Do you have a Whole Foods near you? Or check the orgranic/vegetarian section of your grocery store.

i always have mine after a workout but thats just cause i don't like to eat before working out. I like banana, some ice, berries, flax seed, psyllium husk, protein powder and water. oh and a dash of ginger.

I've found them quite tasty myself. Sometimes I add a little flavored seltzer and diet cran juice to the white cran Cosmo or the margarita one. Id definitely say try them. They aren't too pricey for booze

your body also reacts differently if you are drinking in an "unfamiliar" situation. At home I can drink a **** ton of beers and take shots all night which i do every sunday when the cowboys play haha but when i go out to a bar which isnt all that often i drink maybe half of what i would at home and feel drunk much faster.

man i used to inhale cheese like it was going out of style! lately i stick to the light laughing cow wedges and low fat cottage cheese( i know its not really the same). Also I used to love sprinkling shredded cheddar on anything i made but once i realized it was 120 calories for only 1/4 cup serving!!! i switched to using…

actually just read an article saying that if the oil is at the right temperature when you fry it the food does not absorb that much oil. The example in the article said "A chicken leg contains only 16 more calories when fried then it does roasted"
