Me:
Treadmill: 4.0 with intervals at 5.0-6.5.
Burned 210 calories 23 minutes.
I've been taking it easy doing treadmill workouts during the holidays. On 12/7 I'm going to finish the advanced classes for Turbo Fire. I'm a beach body girl.

    Slim in 6 plus 128 squats and 50 dips..I think it was 407 calories. Could use a few more to counter-act the champagne tonight ;)

    I had to do an abbreviated Monday workout today as I had to work (boo hiss), but I did...
    3 miles walking on the treadmill at 4.6 mph, 15 minutes on the stationary bike on level 8 and 40 minutes of strength training with my trainer. According to MFP, I burned 643 calories. Not too shabby for 6 AM.

    I did this video. Fitness Blender: Fat Burning Functional Strength Training Workout.
    I used 5 pound handweights. It was tough to get all the way through. It burned around 300-ish calories and made me stronger at the same time.

    Went for a run this morning. Made 4.4 k in 34 minutes. I'm a little disappointed with that pace, but I'm still figuring out winter running - decided to wear my new YakTrax today because there's still some snowy/icy areas, but they really dragged on the clear pavement. I can't wait for the snow to melt... I feel like it's hard to measure my progress when the substrate and my footwear is always changing!

    Went for a walk/run for 45 minutes with my husband. I burned 374 calories. It was nice to get outside...although it was cold!

    cable lat pull downs 50# 8x2

    all at 20# 8x2

    cable tricep presses

    assisted pull ups 105# assist 10 reps

    400 jumping jacks
    100 pushups
    various abs (leg lifts, planks front and side)
    mountain climbers (about 60)
    "frantic dancing / boxer type silliness" for about 15 minutes

    not my best but good to get the blood movin'

    Walk/run with my boys in a double stroller - 50 minutes, @353 cals (using HRM)
    ChaLean Push Circuit 3 - 34 minutes, @189 cals (using HRM)

    My workout plan for 2013 is to hybrid ChaLean's lifting circuits with TurboFire. I don't care for the CLX/TurboFire hybrid schedule in the TF guidebook, so I will be following the TurboFire schedule and adding the CLX weight lifting circuits 3 days/week.

    Circuit workout set up by my trainer. No idea on calories yet - - but there was sweat, so I burned something. Going to finish the year with a 5k race - - Resolution Run. Looking at the clock right now, and thinking that I should probably be getting ready for that, rather than playing on my computer . . .
