    went to the gym, did 35 minutes on the elliptical, lifted for about 30 minutes, and did about 15 minutes of flooor excercises...

    My gym was closed by the time I got out of work so I did the P90X One-on-One "Super Cardio."

    It was intense but my tank wasn't empty by cooldown so I repeated the hardest third of the video.

    Duration was 45 minutes, I'm usually past 12 cal/min on elliptical after subtracting 20% so I credited myself 11 cal/min for a total of 495.

    Today was my rest day, but I don't like to go a day without being active, so I took a brisk walk. I walked 2.02 miles in 30 minutes! :D Loosened up some extra calories for partying tonight, haha.

    my last workout was doin the treadmill for 60 minutes burning 729 calories. it felt great i tell ya...i dont know what my workouts are going to be like next yr given i am 18 weeks pregnant and have no clue what to do. i do believe i will still be doing the treadmill tho.

    Treadmill C25K Week 6 Day 2, but with extended running intervals. 423 calories in 38 minutes. Hoping to soon be able to do these runs with no breaks. Also about to move on to Level 3 of 30DS. Here's to keeping a full head of steam into 2013!

    I did a Zumba class at 9:30 this morning for an hour and then I worked out with my trainer later on in the afternoon doing burpees and a bunch of clean & squats.
