I went on my scooter to a basketball court, then I played around the world with my friend, then I went home walking.
It was all very fun!0 -
Two hour mountain bike ride in a cold wind0

30 minute run, 1 hour of tennis, 1 hour of yoga, 1 hour of beach volleyball...last day of vacation, so taking advantage of every free moment!!0

Weight lifted, and ran for about 45 minutes.0

Went for a brisk walk to the River Park and back. Rediscovering walking is enjoyable, so I will be doing this oftener. Maybe that's a good resolution for the new year.0

I went for a 40-ish minute walk with some jogging sprinkled in. Then I went to the gym for 35 minutes to get an upper body workout. Then I went out and refused to pay for parking so I had to walk about a mile each way (that wasn't for exercise, though, I'm just cheap!).0
