    Shoulder/Chest/Tri's from Push/Pull/Legs Workout, then some Treadmill Cardio, about 20 mins.
  • 8 mile run on the treadmill!
  • Short run (5k)

    355 cal cals!

    went to the gym, did 35 minutes on the elliptical, lifted for about 30 minutes, and did about 15 minutes of flooor excercises...

    My gym was closed by the time I got out of work so I did the P90X One-on-One "Super Cardio."

    It was intense but my tank wasn't empty by cooldown so I repeated the hardest third of the video.

    Duration was 45 minutes, I'm usually past 12 cal/min on elliptical after subtracting 20% so I credited myself 11 cal/min for a total of 495.

    Today was my rest day, but I don't like to go a day without being active, so I took a brisk walk. I walked 2.02 miles in 30 minutes! :D Loosened up some extra calories for partying tonight, haha.

    my last workout was doin the treadmill for 60 minutes burning 729 calories. it felt great i tell ya...i dont know what my workouts are going to be like next yr given i am 18 weeks pregnant and have no clue what to do. i do believe i will still be doing the treadmill tho.

    Treadmill C25K Week 6 Day 2, but with extended running intervals. 423 calories in 38 minutes. Hoping to soon be able to do these runs with no breaks. Also about to move on to Level 3 of 30DS. Here's to keeping a full head of steam into 2013!

    I did a Zumba class at 9:30 this morning for an hour and then I worked out with my trainer later on in the afternoon doing burpees and a bunch of clean & squats.

    2013- Focus is strength training with weights and still some Cardio. I want firmness.

    What did you do?
    My first day (after the fit test) of the first Insanity workout... Only made it 28 min in!

    How many calories did you burn? 380 according to my HRM

    Today I did a Body Pump Class.

    I burned 393 calories.

    My workout plan for 2013 is to do more additional spin classes as my fella and I are signing ourselves up for loads of cyclo-sportives this year so I will need the extra training when i cannot get out on my bike!!

    4 mile jog in 43 minutes. Something like 483 calories. Don't know if I'm going to do anything else, but I'm gonna drink light on New Years so I don't go overboard.

    People wouldn't like me when I go overboard.
