    Last P90X Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps workout with Ab Ripper X. Next week is recovery week, and then I'll be a P90X graduate! :drinker: Also (finally) got the dog walked- 1 mile in the snow.

    Total calories burned during exercise today- 280

    I played tennis today and hit pretty well. Also hitting again tomorrow. Played for an hour. Burned 550 calories (not giving myself credit for the full hour because the other guy wanted to take lots of breaks)

    Double Yoga! An hour of Flow (Hot Yoga) and an hour of BarreAmped. Plus a 30-min walk. Over 1,000 calories GONE, which I fully expect to consume tonight.

    Insanity is on deck starting Jan. 7.

    Elliptical for 26 minutes, arm strength work out for 15 minutes and at least 30 minute spent walking around City Market since I am the worst grocery shopper ever lol!

    Swam for thirty minutes, walked for sixty minutes and burned 445 calories. Usually do elliptical for 90 minutes in the evening probably won't get it done today.

    Warm up on the dreadmill.
    Squats, leg press, looked at boobs, walking lunges, looked at boobs, calf raises, more boobs, stiff legged deads, and finished off with more boobs.
    Dreadmill and elliptical.
