    I was in the pool at 6.15am for 40 minutes and burned 325 calories.
    My husband and 3 young children were all still asleep when I returned home - they didn't even know I'd been out!!

    I did Turbo Jam for about 45 minutes and then I ran on the treamil for 15 minutes. I burned about 515 calories.

    No official workout, but I started removing the acoustic ceiling tiles from my computer/dining room. Lots of up and down a ladder and tugging on tiles and pulling staples. No idea how long I was working at it, nor how many calories I burned, but my clothes were soaked through with sweat by the time I quit for the day.

    Me:
    Treadmill: 4.0 with intervals at 5.0-6.5.
    Burned 210 calories 23 minutes.
    I've been taking it easy doing treadmill workouts during the holidays. On 12/7 I'm going to finish the advanced classes for Turbo Fire. I'm a beach body girl.

    What about you?

    3 hrs run tonight before I prep for midnight mass.

    My friend has an excellent treadmill workout so I did that during my lunch hour. Had to cut a little of the treadmill out for working hours so I had 30 minutes of climbing on a treadmill plus another 25 minutes or so with a mixture of stuff like sumo squats, walking lunges, burpees, etc. It kicked my behind!

    I went out for a COLD bike ride of 19 miles this morning, because in this weather, 20 miles seemed insane.

    Followed this with an hour of hiking with my wife, up and down, up and down some hills, good heart rate going up and down with the hills.

    Debating some weight lifting since it's only 3:00 PM on the west coast and I'm pretty sure that's it, except or a 2 mile jog with the dogs....then it's way too much food tonight, my weakness since I barely drink.
