I definitely see a change! In your arms, your face, your neck, and your hip/waist area :) It's subtle, different clothing would probably show it better. But there's a difference! You look lovely!

It's intense! I love it! Yes, it does get repetitive, but they never get easy! I swear, you finish month one and you're like "Yay! I got my gallbladder out at 18 :) fresh out of high school! It wasn't too bad. MEEE! :D I am JUST like you in that aspect :) I'm always the DD and my friends have just stopped asking me to try drinks and smoke because they know I won't :) Don't worry, if they care about you (which im sure they do) they don't think anything of you not partaking. I do Insanity :) i had a lot of success with month one, but not until the third week. Although, a lot of people only lose maybe 2-4lbs their first month. It's month two where you'll find the pounds melting off. :) Keep a positive head though! You may not see a difference on the scale, but those 2lbs may end up being a pant…
