  • I said the same thing so I make my own...just because it's got 200-300 calories doesn't mean it's not 10 times better for you than the "healthy cereals" you're eating...here's my granola recipe 1 c oats 1/2 c chopped almonds 1/2 c chopped pecans 1/2 cup dried unsweetened fruit (mango, cherries, cranberries, apricots, etc)…
  • hummus with carrots and cukes and olives spicy white beans (navy or other beans, red pepper flakes, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, italian herbs) with bread nuts & dried fruit (almonds, mango, cashew, cranberries, apricot, etc) mmmmmm
  • sparkling water veggie juice fruit smoothies whiskey red wine
  • bananas grapefruits oranges kiwi green apples melon or pineapple frozen berries celery carrots cucumber zucchini jarlesburg hummus quinoa flax bread fish & greens for dinner and I buy extra fish to have as leftovers over mixed greens for lunch as well

  • Cleaning my juicer every morning is not fun...but it takes me less than 10 minutes and it's now part of my routine, doesn't bother me any more! I haven't tried lime yet...I've been using lemons but need a change! Will try this tomorrow!
