I have lost ten pounds in the first month for a grand total of 15 pounds. I have another weigh in on Wednesday and hopefully I will be adding a few more lbs and inches to that number!

Any recipe that you would use ground chuck/beef, substitute ground turkey. I love ground turkey. It is good in spaghetti, chili, lasagna, tacos, etc. It doesn't need to cook as long as ground chuck so that should help it to maintain its moisture.
