  • I'm not sure what your eating/exercise habits are, but I'll tell you what I did! I implemented 60 minutes of vigorous cardio into my daily routine. I did elliptical specifically (adding resistance as the weeks passed) , but any kind of cardio should be fine. It's just and hour and it really does work. Watch a 1 hour show…
