Dr Oz who is my hero says that salt is bad because it thickens the blood making it difficult to pass through the veins. He says it putsa stain on the organs when there is too much salt in our diet. Hope this helps.

I start my day with a protein shake, I use dream protein, the dutch chocolate is awesome. 20g of protein per serving and less than 1g of sugar. I got it from Amazon for $120 for three mths supply.

Dr Oz recommends chewing gum, it tricks the brain, to feeling full. He suggested, chewing gum, so you will avoid senseless snacking. I plan on looking out for this yummy gum, everyone is raving about. Thanks Michelle
