Stay away from processed foods; Also pickles, though low in calories, are loaded with sodium. Canned foods also.

Water help:drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: s for sure. I have discovered that when I'm sometimes craving food it's not hunger, but thirst that is the reason. Now I try to have a drink of H2O, wait a few minutes and see if I am still hungry. Usually the water does the trick!

I don't necessarily advocate low carb; the type of carbs make the difference; I try to avoid the "white" carbs: potatoes, rice, white flour most processed foods. I eat whole grains, veggies, fruits and notice that this aids in my weight loss.

Christine, You can obviously do it! It is no small feat to lose weight with young ones. Just keep that honeymoon in mind when you want to go off track. Even if you do occasionally slip up ( we all do!), look at it as a one time occurance. Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get right back to healthy eating! You…
