I skipped dinner tonight because I knew I ate most of my glories during the day. I wasn't hungry, but usually I would eat anyways and go over my count. I lost 2 pounds this week from following this practice and sticking with the count :)

I usually feel the same with junk food, especially sugar. I'm a binge eater and know the feeling well >_<

First of all losing 10 pounds is a big step in the right direction! don't beat yourself up for cheating a little, one day of eating bad can't hurt.
