Hi everyone with ashimoto disease here.. Diagnosed 2 month ago. Started elimation diet 1 month ago. I feel better. No more bloating, much less fatigue and under control dead tiredness. But something still off. I assume its how my body absorbs nutrients. I lost first week 7 pounds since then nothing. Any suggestion?

At 260, just gained 25 back, my ankle,my knee and my hip is hurting. As soon as I gain 5 pounds I feel my joints . So ,I'm trying again this adventure. Hope to lose to crazy fat of my skinny body I have never seen. Here I come.. :#
