I do it a couple times a week (and do my own cardio) and want to keep it up so that I can keep doing it in a future pregnancy in the next several months. I can see myself easing back toward the end of a pregnancy and not continuing with Plyo once my belly becomes bigger. But everything else would be great to continue…
