i have been on the depo for 6 months and i cant take the pill. i have been battling going up and down 5 to 10 lbs. I'm thinking if i didnt try realy hard to llose weight i would gain like crazey. i have also noticed it makes me emotional like im prego.

i am taking a break today :( i wanted to get through the whole 30 days without and breaks but im sore. I was playing a dance game on the wii with my husband last night and i could hardly lift my arms. I'm listening to my body and taking a break :(

Dont take this the wrong way... I'm not upset. I just want to let everyone know I'v been around 135 before and its not unhealthy for my frame. I have arthritis too... it makes it hard for me to get up inthe morning and working out seems out of the question sometimes. are you on medication? what kind of workouts do you do?

hey guys! i love this thread i thought i was like one of the only tall girls... But im 5 11 and 155 right now my goal is to be in the lower end of 130s. i was around 135 when i met my husband. I dont do measurments but i am definitally bottom heavy. I gain in the lower half! Spoon shape!

Watching what you eat is definitally great! its something i wish i would have done i gained 50-60lbs with both of mine. With my 1st i was gaining up to 4lbs a week in my last trimester... i hope this site helps you!

I get the Depo shot too.. and I also get realy bad headaches and dizzyness! It sucks. I havn't had my TOM either but congrats on your weight loss!

I was just thinkin the same thing... I need to lose 10lbs in 5 weeks! Its gonna be my one year wedding aniversary two days before valentines day and i want to look good enough to go with my husband to the pool. 10lbs would be 147 for me but im 5 11. But good luck with your goal I'll be right there with you trying to lose.

I have lots of those jeans too1 i have like 5 pairs of 7 and like 5 pairs of 5s. BUt i know exactlyy what your talking about because i did the same thing the other day with the 7s except i couldnt even zip them. i was just happy to get them uover my butt ;)

I just asked the same question about a week ago. I stay in my calories but go over in sugar because i like candy and sugar stuff, but i didnt get any real exact answers other than i should be getting my calories from good food rather than candy. Thats because i only eat like 1200 a day so they should be nuitritiouse....…
