Hey guys, so I'm back on track (doing the workouts). I'm having a hard time with the diet factor though. I know it's a two pronged process, but I work between 12 - 16 hours a day, and making food for myself isn't doable for me just now. I'm trying to only eat salads, fruit, etc. but does anyone have any tips on eating out…

I'm the exact same way. I've been doing it for two weeks, the first week I was all over it, then I didn't see any results, so my motivation is waning. I have taken to sleeping in more, then I get out of work at midnight.

That's incredible! I had to make up week one do to my work schedule, but just finished it and am down 2.5 pounds. Hope to see a bigger drop next week.

I just started yesterday (2/24) and am proud to say I woke up early today to get my workout in before work! (before this, i have woken up early to work out exactly zero times in my life). Looking for JMBR people who are in the similar weeks (1 or 2) to support each other!
