Started out good, got up around 7am and got two of my kids to come w/me on my walk. They road their bikes. Yesterday I found out that the 45 minutes of time I thought I was walking was really 34. I've done this with a box of bownie mix and it works great! I made them in the pan, had to watch the cooking time. It needed a bit more time. Do your testing(w/a toothpic or something) to confirm if it is done. I made this for the teachers at school and they eat them all up!

Made cupcakes first, put 3 chocolate chips in each one. It topped it off just fine! Everyone loved it. Made my girl's birthday cake too. All of it came out sooooo moist!
