Don't try so hard... I know it sounds like really crappy advice, but if you're always thinking about making a baby there is too much stress involved! Definitely see a specialist if your hubby will agree but in the meantime have fun making love... not making babies, it works that way for some people.

WELL DONE!! I have just had my numbers calculated for EMWL, but I was wondering how much/what kind of food people eat, I feel I've been eating quite a lot the last few days anyway, what do I do to get to 2100 while still eating healthily? Is it hard work? :happy:

I too hate anterior raises, my arms cry! Also the skipping but only when it's straight after the jumping jacks, this really really makes my legs want to cramp. I pretty much love the rest though! (as much as a starter loves exercise anyway haha)

I am 5ft 4.5 and I'm on day 3 of 30ds, so I'm doing -20 mins of circuit training a day - 1hr of non stop aerobic dancing on a Thurs, about 30 mins of some sort of aerobic exercise on a Tues and will be doing turbo jam too, (probably every other day though as I don't have a rest day) but I don't have a clue how long that…

Hi!! I completed day 2 today (WooFREAKINhoo baby!) I'm not aching as such but this morning when I started doing the windmill my arms felt like they were going to fall off (same as holding the weights) It's nice to hear that other people suffer too!!
