First thing in the morning & once a week, if that. We become too obsessed with the number on the scale. We all fluctuate throughout the day.

Every day is different....Some days I think I don't look as heavy as I am and other days I feel huge! I just try to stay positive and now that I am finally making progress I feel even better about myself because the hard work is paying off!

Left over idea is good...Maybe take an hour or two to prepare food on Sunday. This way you have a little more time to be creative and not have to do it the morning of or night before! It saves time too:)

In just 30 days of lifting I saw results. Obviously I didn;t get to my goal in that time but i started seeing major changes in just 30 days!

Mine isn't really food, it's Mountain Dew! Every once in awhile I just REALLY crave one!

Polar F4 is a good one...however not that cheap. If you want a good accurate HRM you may have to fork out a little more money.

Heck yeah! I am only 23 and I feel like I have aged a lot in the past 3 years. My body has changed, my abilities have changed....just gotta keep on working at it!

True Lemon Raspberry lemonade packets or the regualr Lemonade. They are all natural and so yummy. Mix them with your water. When I want something sugary, I put that in my water. It seems so bad but it's so good:)

If you are doing cardio on machines, try to switch it up and move to something else. Or find your "power" song. When I was feeling unmotivated through the workout, I would just play some of my favorite songs that pump me up. I would tell myself I HAD to make it through the whole song..

I was diagnosed with IBS- I decided I wasn't going to listen to anyone and ate anything and everything making myself constantly sick. After always feeling exhausted and yucky, I decided enough was enough!

I would not worry at all! It's an amazing accomplishment to take the steps to make a better you! I always felt uncomfortable to be there but knew I was bettering myself. And once I put my head phones in I was in my own little world. I love seeing people at the gym that aren't super skinny and fit. It just made me proud of…

Under Armor has a full coverage sports bra that I LOVE. My chest doesn't move at all. It may be pricey a $45 but if it works I have no problem spending that money. It is well worth it!

I haven't done the whole program but what I did do was awesome. It was my favorite workout. I plan on starting again. In 2 weeks I felt completely different, in a good way!
