Inches and clothes are best way to see your results...and pictures. A number could not budge for weeks but your clothes start to feel loose.

When I was 16 I said I was 135 when I was really pushing 160. When I turned 21 they didn't ask if it changed and put 135 on it which is 10lbs heaiver then I am now but it doesn't bug me at all.

I was always told diet was the most important but I don't follow it. I will try to watch my portions and stay within my range but I find a day or two of terrible eating after a week of watching & exercising helps me. Everyone is different though.

Seems like you need to add more fuel to your body. If you are working that hard and eating less then 1200 you are going to be at a stand still.. Thought about upping your calorie intake? Muscle needs fuel.
