  • I got it for Christmas..I only skimmed through it quickly to see what kind of workouts there were, didn't actually do any yet. I am glad they are intense! I did not like the Wii fit and balancing bored..it felt like you were restricted to one area...I like to move around.. I am excited to try it now!
  • I'm watching it right now..
  • I mostly focus on portion. Dieting is the hardest thing for me to do. It's easy for me to commit to exercise but dieting is another story. I try to eat as healthy as I possibly can but portion is easiest for me and it has worked for me in the past!
  • WOW now this is TRUE inspiration!!! Amazing! Congrats!
  • http://www.docstoc.com/docs/5106828/ChaLean-Workout-Program-Calendar here is the calender. :) You can change the days you start, etc. if you can't print this one off...Google the schedule and you will find one you can!
  • 30 minutes is 30 minutes...A little bit is better then nothing and I don't think 30 minutes is too less. All the cleaning and running around could constitute as exercise if you choose to include it as some. Once you get use to waking up at 4:45, it will come easily. It will be part of your routine and you won't be tired…
  • Do yoga or pilates! I always like to do it when my muscles are sore...it helps a little bit but still works your body!
  • It's awesome! Thanks for sharing this!
  • You could lift every day if you wanted...Just work different muscle groups each day so you don't over work them.
  • I definitely believe the instructor will make the class intense or not. I've taken the same classes with different instructors and I get more out of the ones who are intense and exciting...I've had some instructors who just aren't fun!
  • The ones that I have sit a little higher than hip bone. I believe there are low rise, etc for those to choose from. I have a hard time because I'm so short and jeans just are not my friend!
  • You look amazing! You have the curves some girls would die for! Love the dress and shoes!
  • Try and log everything! And I do mean everything..even the bad. When you log the bad it helps you realize what can be changed to help with results. It took me awhile to really get addicted to logging and I often didn't log because I was asshamed at what I was eating. It helped me make better choices. Just keep MFP in the…
  • Monday's, but that is because I am on a schedule for the next 5 months! I don't like to weigh myself anymore then once a week. Seeing numbers is great but it can be frusterating...and sometimes, even though the numbers are changing your body still is. I think it's most important to go on how you feel, before and after…
  • Do it! Trust me! There were so many times I looked in the mirror and didn't see a change even though i lost inches and weight..When i looked at pictures in when I saw a HUGE difference.
  • No nervousness here. My plan is to workout every day this week, including Turkey day..AND Black Friday after an early morning shopping trip! No rest day until Monday! I, personally, don't stress about Holidays. I don't count calories either...It's ONE day.
  • I always have Chalene Johnson's words in my head when I feel like stopping a workout early.... "Not because you want to, because you have to" and I always tell myself I only want to stop because I want to not because I have to so I keep on plugging away!
  • On my first drivers license I was about 40 lbs heavier than the weight I said. I just got a new one in April, hurray for 21! and I made a copy of my old one...(i know, can't have two) ..I made a copy because people don't believe the old one is me. I look like miss piggy no joke. I keep it as a reminder of what I once was…
  • 100% whey gold standard from gnc. There are tons of flavors
  • I usually eye ball it. I look up things that it could compare too
  • Yes, those machines can be really inaccurate..same goes for the gym's scales! When you are entering them in MFP database, keep in mind that some people may manually put in how many calories they burned and it those are most likely going to be different from yours because everyone is different. I'd suggest getting your own…
  • Don't buy it. Replace it with something like crystal light packets or even powerade. It still is a lot better than soda. Also, if you go out to eat , tell yourself your bill will be cheaper if you just get water. I am hooked on water ever since I stopped drinking pop. I think water is SOO refreshing and there are times…
  • I don't really weigh my self often. maybe once every 2 weeks. I do want to lose some weight but I have been at this for awhile and know that inches and clothes are the biggest factor into how I feel and look.
  • Even though they say 0 calories, some of these things still have sodium that needs to be counted
  • Oh goodness... I TOTALLY agree with you.
  • Wow, you look amazing! Congrats!
  • can this be made without the frozen whipped topping?
  • I'd have to say pop. I don't drink it anymore but there are some days where a nice cold fountain pop sounds SOOO good........and now I'm craving one...haha!
