Love Zumba- I agree though- totally depends on the instructor. I've been to a few classes where I felt intensity was lacking. Love kickboxing... and Turbo Jam/Turbo Fire. Chalene Johnson is amazing! Recently tried BodyPump and I like that too. I want to try Piloxing- has anyone tried it? :)

I read somewhere that a good solution for late night hunger is a serving of deli meat; it is protein and a serving is usually under 100 calories. It was also suggested that you could wrap the meat around a stick of string cheese. :)

This can make such a HUGE difference... but it is SO hard for someone who loves a late night bag of popcorn or bowl of ice cream (me). I would definitely classify myself as a late nigth snacker, but it is such a bad habit. I am committing to cutting myself off at 8pm. No exceptions! :)
