To shed your body fat you have to lower your caloric intake. It will be a good idea to keep your protein high, as you might start to lose muscle when lowering your calories. Make sure to eat whole foods and proteins along with moderate fat and carbs. Also veggies and moderate fruit.

I would see If they can special order an egg white omelet for you and load it up with veggies. (tomatoes, onions, spinach, jalepenos) Make sure you request no cheese, and see if they can do no oil on it either. Lastly top it off with fresh salsa and lowfat milk on the side. Also they might have a turkey bacon alternative.

Definitely taking my shirt off at the pool and getting compliments on my abs and muscles! Never had "abs" until about a month ago.
