i'm thinking i did exactly that picked the wrong entry because yes fresh pepper nothing done to it. all i did was pick up 2 rings from the salad bar at the grocery store. one was red and the other yellow.

i say all things in moderation. adding cheese, greek yogurt, almond butter, hummus, beans, tuna, chicken, extra virgin olive oil, flaxseed oil, flaxseed meal, nuts, whole eggs, red meat, pork, sweet potatoes. watch your portion sizes. weigh everything.

not sure if this has been said: TDEE includes your exercise cals so you get 1940 a day total regardless of how much you burn exercise wise. hence why it's so high.

call it what it is (a weekend of indulgence) and move on. we all do it from time to time. a new day a new attitude. :) we all want to loose weight fast but if we could all loose it fast and keep it off for good we wouldn't need places like mfp. :) keep in mind too you didn't gain it fast either. slow and steady finishes.

idk. my salad today was 2 cups spinach, about a cup of arugula, entire tomato, oz of feta, 5 artichoke heart quarters marinated in olive oil, 2 strips of bacon, shredded carrot, strawberries and red wine vinegar and olive oil. afterwards i had more strawberries and some crackers.

seeing as you've only logged 2 days it's difficult to give you real answers. are you weighing your food or guessing? avocados are great for you, peanut butter, hummus, lentils, beans, chick peas, edamame, nuts, cheese all these will help boost your calories and are good for you.

you need to get rid of the diet food and eat real food. if you prefer to eat them look for ones that are lower in sodium and incorporate a nice salad with them or additional veggies. salads don't have to just be lettuc tomato cucumber you can put artichoke hearts, nuts, raisins, cheese, sun dried tomatoes, chick peas lots…

i'm 4' 11-3/4" and eat 1525. i'm on my second and final 15lbs to loose. i'm down 1lb as of today. you need to eat more.
